Welcome to Wii Classroom!

Wii Classroom is based upon the principles of student engagement and creative uses of Nintendo Wii technology in the classroom in whole class and small group sessions. The information found on the various pages is based upon using the Nintendo Wii and DS and a variety of games to further involve students in their learning of different topics and to, most importantly, have fun while learning! Students in my classroom love Wii Classroom (whole class) and Wii Learning sessions (small group or individual), especially Wii Wednesdays when we complete a whole class session of Wii Fit!

The education world is rapidly changing and teachers need to encompass and utilise a wide range of strategies and tools to further engage students in their learning.
